Privacy

Who we are

Redline Sales is a door-to-door sales company in Houston, Texas. We run this site. Questions about anything on this page go to privacy@redline.it.com.

If you just visit

This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, on any page. It does not set cookies for visitors. The only cookies it uses are the ones that keep somebody signed in, and only once they have signed in.

Like every website, the company that hosts it receives the ordinary details of each request — an IP address, the type of browser, the page asked for — so it can deliver the page and keep the site secure. We do not use those details to work out who you are.

If you apply for a job

The application form asks for your name and email address, and, if you choose, a phone number and a resume. That is all it collects.

We use it for one thing: considering you for a role and getting in touch about it.

• A person reads every application. Nothing is scored, ranked or filtered automatically, and no artificial intelligence reads it.
• Your resume is stored privately. It is not published and is not reachable by a public link. A signed-in Redline manager opens it through a link that stops working after two minutes.
• Applying does not create an account and does not sign you up for anything. We will not send you marketing.
• We keep a record of how your application was handled: when a manager first opened it, whether we have got back to you, and what was decided.

If we hire you, the details you gave us are used to set up your account, and the training privacy policy applies from then on.

Who sees it

Managers at Redline, and nobody else at all. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with the companies we sell for.

It is stored with the companies that run this site for us, who may handle it only to provide that service: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Supabase, which stores the data and files. If you email us, that email is handled by Google, which provides our mail. The data is stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept as part of Redline’s hiring records. Nothing deletes them automatically today. If you would like yours deleted, ask — see below — and we will delete it, resume included.

Asking about your information

Write to privacy@redline.it.com to ask what we hold about you, to have something corrected, or to have your application deleted. We will reply.

Children

This site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anybody under 13.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves.
